Market analysis
Russia is located in the northern part of Eurasia, across the two continents, mainly plains and plateaus, the terrain is high in the south and low in the north, low in the west and high in the east. According to the data released by the Russian Federation, China has ranked the largest trading partner of Russia for five consecutive years, and the rapid growth of the transport volume between the two sides has made its demand for logistics technology and equipment products continue to increase. However, due to the lack of existing storage and transportation capacity in Russia, it is impossible to meet the daily receipt and delivery of large quantities of goods, and it is urgent to establish an international logistics park and system integrating transportation, warehousing, sorting and packaging, customs declaration, inspection, tax declaration and business services. Therefore, increasing investment in the construction of storage and transportation facilities has long been listed by the Russian government as the top priority of national construction planning. In addition, Russia has a strong industrial base, mainly in machinery, steel, metallurgy, energy and heavy chemical industries, but even so, Russia still relies on imports for much of its modernization needs. As the economy gradually recovers, logistics, shipping, automotive and automation will require new machines and technologies to increase productivity. This provides an excellent opportunity for our logistics-related products to enter the Russian market.
As one of the largest countries in the world, with a vast territory and a huge logistics network, Russia's international logistics services need to cover a vast area, involving a variety of different modes of transport and means of transport. In the face of Western sanctions, Russia first accelerated the speed of economic restructuring, including gradually shifting from trade cooperation with the West to China, India and some countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. At the same time, we will vigorously build transportation and other infrastructure. According to the overall situation of the market, many Russian transport companies have completely transferred their operations to China, including all transport vehicles and containers, and the railways are also operating normally. The reconstruction of Donbass, Luhansk and Donetsk in the near future will take place at a record pace, and the logistics industry will also benefit.
