Iii. Main contents of the meeting
(1) Keynote report: Academician McConson of Ocean University of China, Professor Tan Beiping of Guangdong Ocean University, Professor Zhang Yualing of Shantou University, Researcher Qiu Lihua of South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and other experts are invited to make presentations;
(2) Inviting Chen Yang, Deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, to share his experience in participating in and discussing political affairs;
(3) Speeches by outstanding young scientific and technological workers and entrepreneurs;
(d) Separate forums, inviting outstanding young scholars in relevant fields to make presentations, as well as representatives of young scholars to make presentations;

6. Related matters
(A) All units are invited to actively mobilize the majority of young aquatic science and technology workers to participate in the forum. Please send the participant receipt (Attachment 1) to the institute's email address before August 3.
(2) Participants are required to submit the conference service fee (i.e. registration fee), which is 1200 yuan/person for on-the-job personnel and 800 yuan/person for postgraduate students.
(3) Forum unified arrangement of accommodation, expenses themselves.
(4) The Forum will not arrange pick-up, please go to the hotel by yourself.
(5) The Forum will provide a paper copy of the paper abstract to the participants, and issue a certificate of participation or report for the participants and representatives who make presentations.
